By accessing or using our Pneumovax Response Analysis service or any other automation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Shifted Frame provides AI-powered automation services, including:

• Pneumovax Response Analysis: Automated analysis of pre and post-vaccination pneumococcal titer results
• Custom Automation Solutions: Bespoke automation services for businesses and healthcare professionals

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account and Credits

• You must provide a valid email address to use our Services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your email address
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Submit documents containing patient personal information (PHI)
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Submit fraudulent or misleading documents
• Use the Services in a way that could damage or impair them

4. Payment and Donations

4.1 Pricing

• Service credits are obtained through donations processed by Lemon Squeezy
• Current pricing: $10 donation = 200 analysis credits
• Pricing may change at any time; existing credits remain valid

• Each document analysis consumes 1 credit
• Credits are deducted upon successful processing, regardless of results
• Failed processing due to unreadable documents still consumes 1 credit
• Credits are consumed for each email sent, not per serotype analyzed

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Medical Advice

5.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

• Our AI-powered analysis is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy
• Results should be verified by qualified professionals before clinical use
• We do not guarantee that results are error-free
• Document quality affects analysis accuracy

5.3 Service Availability

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our Services are owned by Shifted Frame or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or materials
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer our systems or algorithms

Documents you submit remain your property. By submitting documents, you grant us a limited license to process them for analysis purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shifted Frame, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including patient privacy
• Any PHI or personal data you submit to our Services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your right to use Services ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt resolution
2. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Shifted Frame.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
