- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
- Documents: Medical documents you send for analysis (vaccine titer results).

- Email metadata (date, time, subject line)
- Service usage data (number of analyses performed)
⚠️ Important: Do NOT include any patient personal information (names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, social security numbers) in documents you send. We are not responsible for any PHI (Protected Health Information) you may inadvertently share.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our analysis services
- Process your donations and manage your credit balance
- Send analysis results to your email
- Communicate with you about service updates or issues
- Maintain security and prevent fraud
3. Data Processing and Storage
3.1 Document Processing
Documents you send are processed using AI (Google Gemini) to extract and analyze titer values. Documents are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
3.2 Data Retention
- Email addresses and credit balances: Retained as long as your account is active
- Processed documents: Deleted immediately after analysis
- Analysis results: Sent to you via email; we do not retain copies
- Transaction records: Retained for 7 years for accounting purposes

We use the following third-party services:
- Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure and processing
- Google Gemini AI: Document analysis
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
- Gmail: Email communication
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
